Frances Houghton MBE is a rower and has recently published her book, ‘Learnings from Five Olympic Games.’ The book is the accumulation of Frances’ individual and team performance learnings from her 21 year career, and the story of how she applied them for her last olympics in Rio.

Frances will be interviewed by Rory Reilly (Former Staff 1988-2014).
